  • Save the resulting video locally on your device.

The App is intended solely as a personal memory and media creation tool.

Legacy Frame does not require user accounts.

You do not need to create an account or provide personal information to use the App.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The content you create.

  • Ensuring you have permission to use any photos or recordings.

  • Complying with applicable laws regarding recordings and privacy.

  • Maintaining backups of your important content.

You acknowledge that we cannot recover lost or deleted content.

5. Permissions

The App may request access to:

  • Photos

  • Microphone

These permissions are optional but required for the corresponding features to function.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the photos, recordings, and videos you create using the App.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Record individuals without any legally required consent.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App except where permitted by applicable law.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING:

  • ACCURACY

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

  • THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CONTENT, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, CORRUPTED, OR DELETED CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 1,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
