1) Summary

  • No sign-in, no phone number

  • No analytics SDKs, no ad trackers

  • Offline mode: on-device checks + guidance

  • Online AI mode: message text sent to OpenRouter with ZDR enforced (no prompt/response storage by routed providers) 

  • We do not store your messages on our own servers

  • History is ON and stored locally on your device

2) What We Process

A) Message text you paste/share

The App processes the text you paste/share to generate red flags and guidance.

B) Offline mode (no internet)

When offline, processing is local and the App shows reduced-coverage guidance and a notice that connecting enables better AI accuracy.

C) Online AI mode (connected) — OpenRouter with ZDR

When connected and you use AI analysis, the App transmits your provided text to OpenRouter, which routes it to an AI endpoint.

ZDR enabled: We have enabled OpenRouter’s ZDR endpoints setting, which routes requests only to endpoints with Zero Data Retention; those providers do not store prompts/responses and cannot train on them. 

Metadata: OpenRouter may store request metadata (token counts, latency, etc.) used for reporting/model ranking; metadata does not include your prompt/response content. 

Provider policies: OpenRouter documents that providers have their own data-handling policies; ZDR restricts routing to providers with ZDR.

3) Local History (ON by default)

The App stores a local history only on your device. It may include:

  • message text you entered (or parts of it),

  • detected flags and risk rating,

  • date/time of the check.

You can clear history inside the App at any time.

Device backups: Depending on your phone settings, local app data may be included in OS backups. We do not control backups.

4) What We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • phone number

  • contacts

  • SMS inbox access or contents

  • WhatsApp data directly (only what you paste/share)

  • precise location

  • advertising identifiers

  • analytics events or tracking profiles

5) Analytics / Trackers / SDKs

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or trackers.

6) Purchases

The App is paid via a one-time purchase processed by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not receive your full payment details. We may receive a basic purchase/entitlement signal from the store to unlock access.

7) Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal data.

We do not share your message text from our own servers because we do not store it.

Information may leave your device only if:

  • you copy/share results or screenshots, or

  • you email support and include content.

8) Support Emails

If you email birthdaygirl0121@gmail.com, we receive your email address and whatever you send (including attachments). We use it only to respond/troubleshoot. We may retain support emails for a reasonable period for record-keeping. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us.

9) Security Guidance

  • Don’t paste highly sensitive secrets (OTP/UPI PIN/passwords/full card numbers/Aadhaar/PAN).

  • Keep your phone locked and updated.

  • Don’t install unknown APKs or grant remote access to unknown persons.

10) Children’s Privacy

Not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If a child contacts support, email us and we’ll take reasonable steps to delete it.

11) Your Rights (India)

Depending on applicability, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides rights such as access, correction/erasure, and grievance redressal. 
Because we do not store message content on our servers, the main personal data we may hold is support correspondence (if you email us).

12) Scam Reporting Resources (India)

  • Call 1930 for financial cyber fraud reporting. 

  • Use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. 

  • RBI guidance: never share OTP/UPI PIN/passwords.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will update the effective date and make the revised version available in the App.
