SuperSigner is designed to be privacy-friendly:

  • No sign-up / no login

  • No accounts

  • No analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting SDKs

  • Documents are processed locally on your device

  • We do not receive or store your documents in normal use
     

2) Information We Collect

A) Documents and signatures

We do not collect, upload, or store the documents you import or sign in the App as part of normal operation. Those files remain on your device and in locations you choose.

B) Account information

We do not collect account information because there are no accounts.

C) Analytics / tracking

We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers in the App.

D) Support emails

If you contact us at birthdaygirl0121@gmail.com, we will receive:

  • your email address,

  • the contents of your message,

  • any attachments you choose to send (which may include documents).

3) How We Use Information

We use support communications only to:

  • respond to your request,

  • troubleshoot issues,

  • improve the App based on feedback (in aggregate, without needing your documents).

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We share information only if:

  • you choose to share/export documents using third-party apps/services (then those third parties process your content),

  • required by law, or

  • necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

5) Local Storage and Your Control

Signed documents are saved locally to your device and/or locations you choose.

You control retention by deleting files from your device. If your device uses backups (e.g., iCloud/Google/other backups), your documents may be included in those backups depending on your settings. We do not control your device backup settings.

Because documents are handled locally, your privacy depends significantly on device security. Use a device passcode/biometrics and keep your OS updated.

For support emails, we take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no method of electronic transmission/storage is fully secure.

7) Children’s Privacy

SuperSigner is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal information, email birthdaygirl0121@gmail.comand we will delete it where feasible.

8) International Users

SuperSigner may be available worldwide. If you email support, your message may be processed/stored by email infrastructure providers in countries where you or we are located.
